Winnipeg Court Dates Finder
The Manitoba Court Registry publishes the next available hearing dates for the Winnipeg Court of King’s Bench, one hearing type at a time. This tool reads all 40 Winnipeg hearing lists five times a day and puts them on a single screen, so you can see every available court date in Winnipeg at a glance, sort by the soonest, and search for the kind of matter you actually have. Check out our other free tools below.
Two things are worth knowing before you use it. Some hearings run on more than one list at the same time, and the courtroom for each is not published, so we label those Option A, Option B and Option C. They often hold very different dates, and the gap can run to months, so check all of them. Availability also moves. A date shown here can be taken by someone else before you reach the registry, and Courtready.ca cannot book anything for you.

Common Questions
How do I find the next available court date in Winnipeg?
The Manitoba Court Registry publishes available hearing dates for the Winnipeg Court of King’s Bench on its own website, but only one hearing type at a time. This tool reads all 40 Winnipeg lists five times a day and shows them together, sorted by the soonest date first. Choose your type of case, or search by keyword, and each hearing type shows its earliest available date, how far away that is, and every other date currently open.
Is this the official Manitoba court booking system?
No. Courtready.ca is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Manitoba Court Registry or the Court of King’s Bench. We read the same public pages anyone can visit and put them on one screen. Nothing here books a date. To book, contact the registry on (204) 945-0344, and confirm the date on the official registry first.
How often is the information updated?
We check the registry five times a day. The page shows two timestamps: when we last checked, and when the court last refreshed its own database. If our last check is more than five hours old, the page says so rather than quietly showing you figures that may have moved.
Why do some hearings appear three times with the same name?
Certain hearings run on more than one list at the same time, and the courtroom for each is not published. We label them Option A, Option B and Option C, and show the list code for each. They often hold very different dates, so it is worth checking all three. When you contact the registry, quote the list code rather than the option letter, because the code is what their staff will recognise.
What does it mean when a hearing type shows no available dates?
It means the registry’s booking page is showing nothing for that list at the moment. Several of the 40 Winnipeg lists are usually in that state. Dates appear without warning, so the only way to catch one is to keep checking, or to let us watch it for you. Any hearing type with no dates has a signup box, and we will send one email when that list next has something available.
How do the email alerts work?
Enter your address on any hearing type that currently has no dates. You get a confirmation straight away, then one further email when that list next shows an available date. That is all. It is not a subscription, there is nothing else to receive, and we do not share addresses with anyone. Reply to either message and it reaches Tom directly.
Can I rely on a date shown here?
Treat it as a starting point, not a booking. Availability moves, and a date shown here can be taken by someone else before you reach the registry. We also report honestly when we could not read a list, marking it as unknown rather than showing it as empty. Always confirm on the official registry before you rely on anything.
Does this cover courts outside Winnipeg?
Not yet. Manitoba’s registry covers 15 locations, including Brandon, Dauphin, Thompson and the Court of Appeal. This tool currently reads the 40 hearing lists for the Winnipeg Court of King’s Bench only. If another location would be useful to you, email admin [at] courtready.ca and tell us which one.
